Shipping & Delivery
We ship to a selection of countries. Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout and may change over time as we expand.
Orders are shipped via standard untracked letter mail unless otherwise specified. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Estimated delivery times:
- Netherlands: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–25 business days
International orders may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. Delays caused by postal services or customs are outside our control.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders placed from locations we do not currently support or cannot reliably service.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.
To exercise this right, customers must notify us in writing within the 14-day withdrawal period. Items must be returned within 14 days after notification, unused and undamaged, and where reasonably possible in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will refund the product price and the standard outbound shipping cost originally paid. A deduction may be made if the item shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Returns & Cancellations (Non-EU Customers)
For orders delivered outside the European Union, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Customers must notify us in writing within this period.
Items must be returned within 14 days after notification, unused and undamaged, and where reasonably possible in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders
If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the item and packaging.
If an order has not been delivered, customers must contact us after a reasonable delivery window has passed (minimum 14 days domestic, 21 days international from dispatch).
As orders are shipped via untracked mail, delivery cannot be guaranteed. However, we will investigate each case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
