Can you tell me about the product?
Each month’s print is the same for all subscribers. Prints are unframed and sized to fit standard postcard or small art display formats. Paper type may vary slightly depending on the artwork but is always chosen for durability and print quality. Prints may be signed or initialed, but they are not numbered unless stated.

Can I track my order?
To keep the print club affordable, orders are sent with stamps instead of tracked shipping. This means tracking is not available for print club mail.

When do you ship the prints? 
The shop closes orders for the month on the second-to-last Monday of each month at 11:59 CET/CEST. Typically, this is around the 16th day of the month. All print club orders ship on the last Monday of the month. Typically this is around the 21st day of the month.

How long does shipping take?
You will receive an email when your print has been mailed. After that, please allow 1–5 business days for delivery within the Netherlands, 3–10 business days within the EU and the United Kingdom, and 7–20 business days for the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays or customs processing.

How do I know if I am getting this month's print versus next month's print?
Sign-ups close on the second-to-last Monday of each month at 11:59 CET/CEST (Netherlands time). Typically, this is around the 16th day of the month. Orders placed before that deadline will receive that month’s print. If you sign up after that deadline, your subscription will start with the following month’s print. 

My print got damaged in the mail, what do I do?
If there is a problem with your order, please navigate to the main menu and select "Contact the Artist". I'm happy to help! More information can be found in the "Shipping Policy" located at the bottom of the homepage.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. I ship within the Netherlands and internationally to other European Union member states, the United Kingdom, and the United States. 

Do you sell larger prints?
