Shipping policy
We ship physical products from the Netherlands to a selection of countries. Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout and may change over time.
For subscription products:
• Shipping within the Netherlands is included in the subscription price unless otherwise stated.
• International shipping is charged per delivery at checkout. Where a flat rate applies (e.g., €1), the equivalent amount will be charged in the customer’s local currency based on current exchange rates.
All orders are shipped via standard untracked letter mail. Tracking is not available. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed. Estimated delivery times are: 2–5 business days within the Netherlands, 5–10 business days within Europe, and 7–25 business days for international destinations. Delays caused by postal services, customs processing, local holidays, or circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Under applicable consumer law, risk transfers to the customer upon physical delivery to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees imposed by the destination country may apply. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the item and packaging. If an order has not arrived after a reasonable delivery window (minimum 14 days domestic, 21 days international from dispatch), customers must contact us so we can investigate. After reasonable investigation, a replacement or refund may be issued where appropriate.
