Terms of service

(1) Orders, Pricing, and Taxes

By placing an order through this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. We are a business established in the Netherlands and sell physical products only. Orders are accepted at checkout. Payment is processed through Shopify Payments and any additional payment methods displayed at checkout.

All prices displayed to customers within the European Union include VAT where applicable. Prices may be displayed and charged in the customer’s local currency based on current exchange rates at checkout. For orders shipped outside the European Union, VAT may not apply. For orders shipped outside the European Union, VAT may not apply. Any import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of stock limitations, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing, VAT settings, or product descriptions. If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.


(2) Shipping & Delivery

We ship from the Netherlands to a selection of countries. Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout and may change over time.

Shipping within the Netherlands is included in the product price unless otherwise stated. International shipping is charged at checkout unless otherwise stated.

All items are shipped via standard untracked letter mail. Tracking is not available. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–25 business days

International shipments may be subject to customs processing delays. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders from locations we cannot reliably service.


(3) Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders

If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the item and packaging.

If an order has not been delivered, customers must contact us after a reasonable delivery window has passed (minimum 14 days domestic, 21 days international from dispatch).

As orders are shipped via untracked mail, delivery cannot be guaranteed. We will investigate each case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


(4) Intellectual Property & Liability

All artwork, images, and designs are our exclusive intellectual property and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


(5) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Consumers residing in the European Union may rely on mandatory consumer protections of their country of residence. Consumers outside the European Union may also have rights under applicable local laws, which are not affected by these Terms.


(6) Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To exercise this right, customers must notify us in writing within this period. Items must be returned within 14 days after notification, unused and undamaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After receipt and inspection, we will refund the product price and the standard outbound shipping cost originally paid. A deduction may be made if the item shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.


(7) Returns & Cancellations (Non-EU Customers)

For orders delivered outside the European Union, we offer a 14-day return window from delivery. Customers must notify us in writing within this period.

Items must be returned within 14 days after notification, unused and undamaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After receipt and inspection, we will refund the product price and the standard outbound shipping cost originally paid. A deduction may be made if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess it.


(8) Subscription Terms (Mail Club)

Some products are offered as recurring subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to ongoing deliveries and recurring charges at the interval specified at checkout unless cancelled.

Payments are automatically processed using the payment method provided at checkout on a recurring basis. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure payment details are accurate and up to date.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the customer account or by contacting us. Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only. Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Due to the nature of subscription products and fulfillment timing, we do not offer refunds for already processed subscription orders unless required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue subscription offerings at any time. Where possible, customers will be notified in advance of material changes.


(9) Promotions & Giveaways

From time to time, we may offer promotions, contests, or giveaways, including lifetime membership prizes. Participation in any promotion is subject to the specific terms and conditions provided at the time of the promotion.

By entering, participants agree to both the promotion-specific terms and these Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, and to disqualify participants in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of applicable terms. Promotions are void where prohibited by law.

Any reference to “lifetime” benefits or memberships refers to the duration that the relevant product or service is actively offered by the business. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue such offerings at any time without compensation, unless required by applicable law.
